Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping: NEW!! $7 flat shipping rate on all UPS ground orders is per box for all orders within the United States. The flat shipping rate applies only to items that are shippable via UPS. Most hand trucks and parts are shippable via UPS. Parts orders will be combined to fit as many parts as possible into one box for shipping. For example 2 Noses and 2 1060 wheels would be combined into one box to ship for the flat $7 rate.

Due to size or weight restrictions some items must be shipped knocked down in the box so some self-assembly may be required. Any items that are not able to ship via UPS will be shipped via freight carrier of our chosing. However, if you have a perfered carrier please let us know and we will make every effort to ship with your carrier. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice.

Returns: Returns must be made within 30(thirty) days of receipt of merchandise. Assembled products are NOT returnable. Boxed items may be returned if in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 25% restock charge.

Warranty: Magliner products are backed by Americas oldest, most experienced manufacturer of lightweight hand trucks.

Magliner products have a one (1) year (unless otherwise specified) from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship or material. Any part or componet, except items covered by warranties of other manufactureers, returned to the factory or service center freight prepaid by the owner, found upon examiniation by Magline, Inc. to be defective or the result of improper workmanship by the factor will be repaired or replaced without charge and returned to the owner freight prepaid by Magline, Inc.

Alterations of Magliner products will void any warranty or liability on the part of Magline, Inc. Magline does not guarantee product capacity if alterations are made.
